Scott has been in the Personnel and Staffing realms for over 16 years, where he has garnered multiple awards both individually and with his teams.  Scott believes that the staffing industry is a noble profession, connecting those with the abilities to those with the need.  This ideal is amplified in the medical field as a third component, patients in need of care, are added to the mixture.
