She was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Stephanie knows The Valley well. At the age of 12, she was already working her first job filing customer files for Avondale Dodge. Now with over 15 years of office accounting & employee on boarding experience, as well as over 10 years of customer service experience she quickly dominated the automotive industry.
Although it is her first recruiting position, she enjoys the the fast-paced industry. Stephanie finds the most joy in her daily interactions with her customers, and she feels happiest knowing that her candidates are leaving with a smile on their face.
