    We are looking for a Accounts Payable with experience.
    This position is a full-time, fully benefits work opportunity!

    Monday-Friday
    1st shift-8:30-5:30pm
    Salary $19.00

    Responsibilities:
  • Receive, review, verify, and process vendor invoices 
  • Ensure that all invoices are input and paid timely.
  • Prepared and maintain various reports
  • Keeping track of all payments, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Work with customers on their accounts
  • Processing payroll reports, preparation of checks, and arrangements for the payment of payroll expenses
  • Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
  • Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years accounts payable experience 
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • Must be able to multi task 
  • Must have very strong computer skills.
  • Must be very strong excel spreadsheets and word processing applications

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
  • Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
  • Basic English literacy and math skills required
