Job Details

Now hiring a full time Catering Flight Attendant for a new company in Dallas, TX! We are looking for creative professionals to join our airline catering company. We cater to elite and high end clients out of the DFW Airport. 

Responsibilities:
  • Help train associated staff that interacts with flight crews and airport station personnel; ex: drivers and helpers. 
  • Facilitate training for all new staff. 
  • Perform pre-flight check inside the production facility to ensure the catering for the assigned flight is assembled according to the airline's order and company standards ensuring all Catering is loaded according to the airline's request. 
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork for the next day's flight, so the production departments have all relevant information for the next day's production. 
  • Ensure the delivery is on time and complete; all process deadlines are fulfilled. 
Requirements: 
  • Must be eligible for an Airport System ID card. 
  • Must have a valid C-Class Texas Driver License, with driving experience. 
  • Must have 1-2 years experience of airline catering or high-end customer service environment. 
  • Must have excellent presentation and communication. 
  • Must have good knowledge of food and hygiene standards. 
  • Must have current Food Handler Certificate (ex: ServSafe)
  • Must have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have good supervision and training skills. 
Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Culinary School preferred. 
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certificate preferred.
  • Food Safety Manager Certification preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
  • Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
  • Basic English literacy and math skills required
