Inventory Control Coordinator

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $ 20-25/hr, based on experience

Overview:  

Perform various functions that may include purchasing and maintaining appropriate warehouse stock levels, account reconciliation, accounts payables, balancing, SAP and GRIR.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintains inventory controls by recording amounts of materials or items received
  • Assist with accounts payable balancing. 
  • Assist in counting of physical inventory
  • GRIR reconciliation 
 

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong inventory control experience
  • Must have strong AP experience in balancing, SAP and GRIR
  • Warehouse experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
  • Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
  • Basic English literacy and math skills required
