We are looking to hire a Part-Time Medical Administrator:


The Duties include:

  • Front office duties include patient check-in, scheduling appointments, phones, filing and scanning documents, ordering supplements and office supplies, etc.
  • Back-office duties include prepping rooms for patients, light cleaning and directing patients through the office.
  • Administrative duties – insurance billing, posting payments, deposits, claims, medical records and A/P and A/r duties.
Salary:  Up to $17/hr.  This position is a part-time opportunity. 

Schedule – Will work between 24-32 hours a week.
 

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
  • Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
  • Basic English literacy and math skills required
