AtWork Personnel is seeking to fill a Food Service Receptionist position at a local Hospital in Tyler.

Work hours: Monday through Friday and every other weekend 8am-5pm
Rate of pay: $17 an hour

Position responsibilities:

Answer high volume phone calls in regard to patient food and beverage order requests.
Quickly and efficiently enter all meal orders.
Interact with nursing staff to ensure patients diet prescriptions are accurate and up to date.
Complete daily reports as outlined in corporate policies and procedures.
Maintain an organized working environment.

Requirements:

Previous clerical experience is required for this position.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Tuberculosis skin test required.
Must be able to provide copy of immunization records.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
Basic English literacy and math skills required
