Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager for a mechanical construction firm. This is a full-time positions that requires optimum performance from a professional knowledgeable of the service industry. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, superior knowledge about HVAC/Plumbing systems and business development skills. Essential Duties 1. Manage the day to day operations of the HVAC/Plumbing department. 2. Ensure safety standards are met by all employees and contractors. 3. Review bids from contractors and select one that meet company's expectations with budget in mind. 4. Oversee the installation of new systems or equipment to ensure it is installed properly. 5. Maintain, develop and retain new business opportunities. Competitive salary and benefits. Pay up to ($150K)

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
  • Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
  • Basic English literacy and math skills required
