Recruitment Coordinator – URGENTLY HIRING- Las Vegas

The Recruitment Coordinator fully owns the hiring process: from opening requisitions, moving candidates thorough the recruitment process, to onboarding new hires. This position is the hub of our recruiting operations and will be an integral part of the candidate experience. Works closely with the Recruitment team, hiring managers and candidates in a high-volume environment. Due to the nature of critical and sensitive information, records, and reports this position handles, these tasks are completed while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.

Pay: $20-$25/hr (DOE)

Schedule: M-F, 8:30am-5pm

Location: Las Vegas, NV
 

Education/Experience/Certification/Licensure

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HRMS, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in human resources and recruiting/staffing required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Working knowledge of Applicant tracking systems and background service vendors preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, and organizing skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
