The On-Site Staffing Manager is responsible for the long-term strategic health, growth, performance, and success of one of our key clients.
Responsible for being our Brand Ambassador by building and fostering relationships with key client contacts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Being an innovative, collaborative and solutions driven partner to our client by enhancing policies, procedures, and processes.
Participate in client meetings while remaining aware of clients current and forecasted business needs.
Must work with a high level of urgency while being proactive, organized with a high attention to detail.
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding associates.
On-Site Manager is responsible for being the main point of contact for all aspects of pertaining to associates on assignments and for our client
Responsible for conducting new hire orientations, coaching & counseling all associates on policies and procedures including disciplinary and terminations as needed.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
Basic English literacy and math skills required
