Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in our organization as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal services. This position involves selling law firm consultations and explaining our firm's processes and retainer agreements to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-consumer sales and possess excellent communication skills to handle inbound calls, follow up on leads, and effectively convey the value of our services without providing legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all inbound calls from prospective clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Follow up promptly on leads generated through various channels including Google, Facebook, YouTube, SEO, and our website.
• Utilize Lawmatic CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and schedule consultations.
• Explain our firm's process and retainer agreements clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
• Sell legal services to prospective clients through warm leads, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, pricing structure, and competitive advantages.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in business-to-consumer sales is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Empathetic approach towards potential clients' needs and concerns.
• Professional demeanor and ability to navigate conversations carefully to avoid providing legal advice.
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Lawmatic, is a plus.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in selling professional services or within the legal industry is advantageous but not required.

Working Conditions:

• This position operates in a standard office environment.
• The role involves primarily inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups.

Salary and Benefits:

• $18/hour plus bonuses based on performance.
