Customer Solutions Specialist - URGENTLY HIRING Job Available in Henderson Nevada

Customer Service Rep will use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, check on orders, qualifications, and scheduling.

This role is speaking with customers and listening to them to gain a better understanding of their office needs to get them set for an appointment with an office design professional.

We are looking for someone ready to work in a fast-paced, fun, and exciting environment and grow their skills. A willingness to work a flexible schedule is needed.

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour-depends on work experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Location: Onsite-Henderson, NV 89011
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties/ Responsibilities

• Basic customer service helping clients. Appointment setting and confirmations.
• Updating and altering CRM files and profiles.
• Follow communication “scripts” when speaking with customers.
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center database.
• Cold and warm calling to potential clients
• Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information.
• Discussing and qualifying business owners based on their office space design needs.
• Gather information from business owners.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center goals.
• Manage client accounts to ensure quality needs are met.

Qualification Requirements

• High organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time.
• Hands on experience with MS Office and Google Docs.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
• Ability to prioritize own workload.
• Strong communication and detail oriented skills.
• Can handle multi-tasking and walking on the warehouse floor to check customers orders when needed.
• Minimum 1-year Call Center experience required.
