Are you eager to jump into a new opportunity? We've got the perfect match for you! We're seeking a motivated custodial workers to join our team in Tyler, TX, and start making a difference as soon as possible.

Position: Custodian
Location: Tyler, TX
Shifts: (with every weekend for the first 90 days – the two days off will be during the week)
– 8AM – 4:30PM
– 12PM – 8:30PM
– 3PM – 11:30PM
– 11PM – 7:30AM
Compensation: $14/hr with weekly pay!

We need someone with at least 3 months of custodial or janitorial experience to hit the ground running in this vital role. As a custodian, you'll be the shining star that keeps our facilities immaculate and our team spirit bright. Your attention to detail and passion for creating a clean and hygienic workplace will be instrumental in keeping everything spick and span.

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms, surgical areas, and common spaces with the utmost precision.
Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
Assist with waste management and proper disposal of hazardous materials.
Restock supplies and maintain inventory to ensure continuous availability.
Work diligently behind the scenes to support healthcare staff and maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
Basic English literacy and math skills required
