Warehouse/ Inventory Operations Associate

Location: North Las Vegas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Pay: DOE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse and inventory functions. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of ERP system knowledge, forklift operation, and warehouse operations experience to ensure materials flow efficiently and projects are completed on time. This role involves a mix of hands-on warehouse work and administrative support, requiring both technical skills and physical capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely to move, load, and organize materials.

• Utilize ERP systems to update, track, and manage inventory transactions.

• Assist with warehouse operations, including labeling racks, packaging, and organizing materials.

• Support and participate in projects related to efficiency planning, material flow, or warehouse improvements.

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

• Use Microsoft Excel to manage data, perform basic functions, and generate reports.

• Lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs as part of daily warehouse operations.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Forklift operation experience (certification a plus).

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems for inventory management.

• Project coordination or project support background.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, efficiency planning, and material flow.

• Familiarity with manufacturing or fabrication environments.

• Experience with shipping and logistics processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions, formulas, and reporting).
