• Resume and Interview Preparation: Assist students in creating effective resumes and preparing for interviews, including mock interviews and feedback sessions.
• Employer Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with employers and alumni to create job and internship opportunities for students.
• Job Market Trends: Stay current on job market trends and inform students about job opportunities relevant to their fields of study.
• Collaboration: Work with faculty and staff to integrate career services into the curriculum and support students' career development needs.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain records, compile statistics, and generate reports on student career progression and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, education, human resources) is typically required.
• Experience: Proven experience in career counseling or a related field, with knowledge of job market trends and effective job search strategies.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
