Position Summary

The Liquid Mix Batch Maker is responsible for safely and accurately mixing liquid epoxy products according to batch tickets and production schedules. This role involves operating automatic and manual mixing equipment, measuring raw materials, performing quality control checks, and maintaining a safe and organized production environment while following all company safety and chemical handling policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Read and follow daily production schedules and batch ticket instructions

• Measure and weigh liquid raw materials using automated and manual equipment

• Operate and monitor liquid mixing equipment to ensure proper blending and cycle times

• Transfer mixed product to appropriate containers, tanks, or packaging lines

• Collect samples and perform quality control testing per specification sheets

• Clean, flush, and maintain mixing tanks, hoses, pumps, and related equipment

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment

• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods

• Maintain accurate production, batch, and QC documentation

• Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions immediately

• Communicate any quality, safety, or process concerns to supervisors or management

• Follow all PPE requirements including chemical-resistant gloves, safety glasses, steel/composite toe boots, and respirators as required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Assist operators and team members as directed by supervisors

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Manufacturing experience: 3 years (preferred)

• Liquid Mixing / Batch Making experience: 2 years (required)

• Epoxy, resin, or chemical mixing experience: Preferred
