Career Advisor – College (Admissions & Career Services)
Location: Tucson, AZ
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Education: Associate’s Degree preferred

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Career Advisor to join our college team in Mesa, AZ. This position operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and combines admissions support, student advising, and career placement assistance. The ideal candidate has strong sales abilities, excels at relationship building, and is passionate about helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of prospective and current student interactions daily

• Guide students through academic planning and career pathway development

• Assist students with job placement opportunities and internship coordination

• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to secure employment opportunities for graduates

• Meet performance goals related to enrollment, retention, and placement outcomes

• Conduct career workshops including resume building and interview preparation

• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and student information systems

• Provide consistent follow-up to ensure student success and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree preferred

• 2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, recruiting, or career services preferred

• Strong consultative sales and closing skills

• Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

• Passion for education and workforce development
