Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sheetfed Operator to join our production team. The Sheetfed Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining sheetfed printing press equipment to ensure high-quality printed materials while meeting production deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or printing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheetfed printing press equipment
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment
• Ensure accurate color matching and print alignment
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
• Inspect materials for defects and maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete production reports and documentation
• Work with production and quality teams to ensure efficient operations
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Previous sheetfed press operator experience preferred
• Printing or packaging industry experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Ability to read work orders and production instructions
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

• Heidelberg or similar sheetfed press experience
• Manufacturing or packaging environment experience
• Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience
