Now Hiring: Enrollment Advisor / College Recruiter

Location:Mesa, AZ
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday

4 days: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1 day: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Enrollment Advisor / College Recruiter for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in college admissions, enrollment advising, recruiting, or sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process
Conducting interviews and follow-up communications with applicants
Building and maintaining strong candidate/student pipelines
Meeting enrollment and placement goals
Providing excellent customer service and support
Maintaining accurate records and student information

Requirements:

Previous enrollment advising, college recruiting, admissions, recruiting, or sales experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude with strong organizational skills
Reliable transportation and attendance

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
Basic English literacy and math skills required
