AtWork Personnel is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with people, and helping grow business through recruiting and sales efforts. This position is a combination of an in-office account managing and outdoor B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Perform outside B2B sales and client visits to develop new partnerships three days per week.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
  • Develop new client accounts and assist in growing existing business partnerships
  • Follow up with leads, applicants, and clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet recruiting and business development goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making outbound cold calls daily
  • Comfortable with outside B2B sales and client networking two days per week
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
  • Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
  • Basic English literacy and math skills required
