Warehouse Production Workers NEEDED! Entry-level work, anyone can do this job!

This current Manufacturing assembling position is located in the West Phoenix Valley and is for a manufacturing company that does offer full-time permanent positions with room for growth.

Warehouse Production Workers aid in the manufacturing of goods in an assembly line. The responsibilities of the Production Workers role will vary depending on which sector you work in but could include anything from feeding materials into machinery, assembling items, packaging items, or storing items.

This position is a full-time job with 40hrs + OT
Schedule; Mon-Fri 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

Work on the line ( Assembly Line )
Assembling components; fastening parts and subassemblies
Stack and pile finished goods into pouches, boxes, etc.
Packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment
Must be dependable & reliable
Able to work in a team atmosphere and a fast work environment
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to pay attention to detail
Manual dexterity

Ideal Candidate will have…

1-2 yrs experience working in a warehouse
Strong work ethic and organization skills.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Capable to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Clean background
Ability to pass a drug screen.
Reliable mode of transportation.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
Basic English literacy and math skills required
