Branch Manager



Chris is a Staffing Industry leader, with over 15 years of experience in developing and training staff, leading teams, and acquiring new partnerships. Chris has branded himself as a relationship builder with executive level individuals. He has gained industry credibility as a consultant to both customers and candidates. 


Chris has trained over 100 recruiters and was appointed as the company lead trainer. He developed the training process, guidelines, and administered role-playing to prepare the next generation of staffing experts. He has developed new business in multiple industries and has become a subject expert. His expertise allows him to stand out from his peers, and gain the confidence of customers. Chris has started and directed a large company program managed on-sites, along with leading and mentoring new program managers. He has worked at the local and national level. 


Chris started his career as a sourcing agent who became the number 1 recruiter in his first technical recruiting role. He was promoted quickly within a few years to an account manager with a target of new business development, followed by a recruiting manager and ultimately branch manager. Along the way, he has worked in light industrial, manufacturing, engineering, office/admin, IT, renewable energy, and construction industries. 


Chris has been a musician for over 20 years, as a drummer, guitar player, and songwriter. Outside of the music studio, he collects records and is an audiophile. He loves working on his cars and has recently picked up woodworking.  Just Married and has 2 cats known as British Shorthairs. Chris played sports his entire life and still stays very active either at the gym or outside via hikes, and other similar activities.
