Accounts Payable Processor NEEDED in Dallas, TX!
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for processing supplier invoices via the three-way match system ensuring all cost data owed from the purchase orders are allocated correctly. 
-Process trade invoices for Control States that are not three-way entries. 
-Preparing invoices for imaging and archiving.
-Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. 
-Providing excellent customer service in all dealings with internal and external customers. 
-Perform other job-related duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:
-High School Diploma 
-Excellent communication skills. (verbal and written)
-Strong analytical skills.
-Knowledge of Cost Accounting and Finance Principles
-Knowledge of Excel, and Word. 
-PC Skills.
-Ability to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines. 

Preferred Qualifications:
-Knowledge and experience with SAP financial.
-At least 1-year of experience in general accounting.
