We are now seeking Maintenance Technician with minimum of 2 years of experience for property located in Dallas

Pay : $25.00 hr ( weekly pay)
Hours: Mon- Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Benefits after 30 days
Temp to perm

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years in commercial or institutional buildings, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Clear background and be able to pass a drug screen
Physical requirements standing, climbing and lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and basic mathematical skills

Responsibilities

Ensure building equipment and facilities is in proper working order
Perform ,HVAC,plumbing, electrical and painting
Respond to normal and after-hours emergency calls
Responding to tenant calls regarding heating, cooling problems & building emergencies

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
Basic English literacy and math skills required
