CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE IN NORTH DALLAS AREA!
COMPENSATION: $16/HR
SHIFTS:
7AM – 4PM
OR
8AM – 5PM
OR
9AM – 6PM
MONDAY – FRIDAY
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing service to internal and external customers, processing orders, and coordinating shipments. This is an administrative position, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

+ Ability to maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers and client representatives

+ Must have basic phone and computer skills (email, texting, etc. )

+ Ability to use all relevant electronic and communication devices
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Receive and enter orders from internal and external customers
+ Review PO's for compliance with pricing
+ Promote the sale of accessory productions by offering products appropriate for a specific system on orders where such items are not included
+ Accurate input of all customer orders to the Arkadelphia plant and commercial goods vendors that meet established ISO
+ Standards based on information supplied regarding the job and pricing
+ Update customers proactive updates on orders status and shipments
+ Provide customers with order and shipping acknowledgements (via email)
+ Freight claims: research and prepare documentation as necessary to assist Logistrics
+ Attend all required training programs
+ Review the Open Order Report daily, making order updates in Peoplesoft
+ Other duties as assigned by manager
