CNC / Manual Machinist – Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $21–$22/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76131

We are looking for an experienced CNC or Manual Machinist to join a well-established manufacturing company in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both CNC and manual lathes and mills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual lathes and milling machines

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality

  • Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

  • Inspect finished parts and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

  • Experience operating CNC or manual machines

  • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

  • Skilled in using measuring tools

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
  • Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
  • Basic English literacy and math skills required
