Inbound Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need enthusiastic individuals who can listen to customer service issues and offer a unique and innovative approach to each problem. 

The successful candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the company's customer service policies and will be well-trained in knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customer's pension related questions. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing basic information to callers according to established guidelines.
• Accurately logging in calls and participant requests.
• Verifying and updating names, addresses, phone numbers, and marital status.
• Mailing various forms to plan participants.
• Providing back up to our date maintenance clerks.

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• 3-5 years in a call center environment.
• Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.
• Dedicated to excellent attendance.
• Positive attitude and open to continuous improvement in performance job functions.

This position is a full-time, Monday- Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Summerlin location
Pay: $16.44/hr
