Facilities Coordinator

Responsible for the day-to-day operations, care and maintenance of the Company’s Las Vegas buildings. Duties include but is not limited to performing scheduled maintenance and inspection/updates on facilities equipment, security equipment, safety equipment and peripherals. This role will maintain and manage the temperature control computer system, perform housekeeping duties, preventive maintenance of A/C, lighting, forklift, and other machinery as needed. The incumbent will support the Facilities Manager in new office builds and expansions, supporting projects including move coordination, space planning and implementation of new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all maintenance and general upkeep of the building, security, plumbing, electrical, and trying to keep facility costs to a minimum.
• Prepares documents, test logs, or other tracking systems to ensure safety and legal compliance is achieved.
• Accountable for safety and security functions for all Company’s facilities including managing the vendor relationship with 3rd party security.
• Tracks warranties and oversees repairs in accordance with Konami policies and procedures.
• Ensures legal rules, legal codes, and safety and workplace compliance regulations pertaining to gaming industry and gaming facility are adhered to.
• Learns and maintains computer systems regarding security, lighting, and temperature control.
• Provides 24×7 on-call support for alarms, critical needs, and after- hours emergencies.
• Keeps and prepares data entry, warranty expiration dates, supporting or related material, and maintains document files.
• Reports any discrepancies, changes, or recommendations, and/or problems for resolution to senior management.
• Complies with the company’s regulatory guidelines and corporate policies at all times.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding the company, products and employee information.
• Work with the Facilities Manager on space planning and new building expansions
• Perform audits of offices and operations to ensure facilities goals are being met. Develop quick-hit tools to facilitate efficient business decisions.
• Support the management of outsourced facilities services vendor; ensuring best practices are followed while also having general oversight of daily operations of office(s) in all areas of workplace services including reception, security and mail.

Salary: $52K
