AWG is hiring for a Finance Controller to oversee the Accounting Department inclusive of day to day activities, budgeting, internal controls, regulatory compliance and additional areas of the department as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a Hospital or HealthCare setting; 2 years of Supervisory experience and a Bachelor's Degree in either Accounting or Finance, with a proven work history and verifiable references.

Responsibilities:
Oversees the day to day activities of the Accounting Department
Departmental Budgeting
Financial Reporting
Month End, Quarterly Close
Internal Controls, Identifying and Implementing Processes and Systems Improvements
Regulatory Compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
2-3 Years HealthCare Experience
2+ Years Supervisory Experience
2+ Years overseeing Accounting, Budgeting & Regulatory Compliance

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
Basic English literacy and math skills required
