Job description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our team for a short-term assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems during a high-volume or project-based period. You will review source documents for completeness, verify data accuracy, correct errors, and ensure records remain current and confidential. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large volumes of information, has strong typing skills, and can manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, reliability, and proficiency with common office software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management systems. Strong communication skills are important, as you may coordinate with other departments to gather missing information or resolve discrepancies. Previous administrative or data entry experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This temporary position is expected to last for a defined period based on business needs and offers an opportunity to contribute immediately to daily operations.

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Dates: Monday, May 4^th 2026 through Thursday, May 7^th 2026 (if needed, we might request 1 or 2 additional days)

Schedule: 9am-5pm
