Looking for an HR Generalist for a fast paced, high- volume, manufacturing facility in North Las Vegas

HR Generalist

Position Summary: The HR Generalist is responsible for daily employee data entry, timecard processing, onboarding and new employee orientation and general HR duties for the location.

Essential Functions and Job Duties:

• Maintain employee data in ADP Work Force Now and Monarch (ERP) systems.
• Collect and verify time records and process employee payroll information for weekly payroll.
• Monitor employee attendance and assist Supervisors in tracking absences.
• Compile and distribute routine reports.
• Maintain employee electronic files with all incoming documents by filing on a regular schedule.
• Conduct new hire orientation and act as our Employee Ambassador.
• Assist with general support for the Human Resources Department.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and training.
• Experience in basic HR functions such as payroll, wage and hour and onboarding.
• Must possess good organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and to maintain confidentiality in daily operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and promote a positive work environment.

The noise level in the environment is usually moderate.
