HR Manager (Bilingual Spanish)

$75,000–$95,000 annually | Mon–Fri | Temp-to-Hire

We’re seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) HR Manager to lead all HR operations for our Henderson location, with periodic travel to company sites in Nevada and California. This role oversees full-cycle HR while ensuring compliance, workplace safety, and a positive employee experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

• Ensure compliance with federal, CA, and NV labor laws

• Manage OSHA compliance, injury reporting, and workers’ compensation

• Oversee prevailing wage compliance (Davis-Bacon, CA DIR, NV Labor Commission)

• Partner with payroll on HRIS, payroll accuracy, and certified payroll

• Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HR experience (management experience preferred)

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)

• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, safety, and labor regulations

• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred

• HRIS and payroll system experience
