Safety Admin — Mechanical Construction

Salary: $58,000- $68,000 per year
Industry: Mechanical Construction
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Safety Administrator to support daily safety and compliance operations for a mechanical construction company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with OSHA and company safety compliance
  • Track employee safety training, certifications, and documentation
  • Coordinate safety meetings, inspections, and training
  • Assist with incident/accident reporting and follow-up
  • Maintain organized safety files and databases
  • Communicate with field employees, supervisors, and project teams

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of administrative or safety-related experience preferred
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
  • Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
  • Basic English literacy and math skills required
