Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Inkjet Technician to support production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating inkjet printing equipment. The Inkjet Technician is responsible for ensuring machines run efficiently, print quality meets company standards, and production deadlines are achieved. The ideal candidate will have technical experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing and strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain inkjet printing equipment
• Monitor print quality and adjust ink flow, alignment, and settings as needed
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on inkjet systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections
• Ensure proper ink levels, color accuracy, and print consistency
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to meet deadlines
• Read and follow work orders, job specifications, and production schedules
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications

• Previous Inkjet Technician or Inkjet Operator experience preferred
• Experience in printing, packaging, labeling, or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical and computer knowledge
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

• Industrial inkjet or digital printing experience
• Experience with preventative maintenance and machine repair
• Packaging, label, or corrugated industry experience
• Experience with production or print quality control systems
