Inside Sales Representative 

Job Summary:  The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for building client relationships. This position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization.

Schedule – 9am-6pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Initiate contact with prospective customers to present our services, processes and retainer agreements and discuss their needs.
• Handle all inbound calls 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term satisfaction . 
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
• Appointment setting
