Internal Auditor – Casino Gaming, Corporate Office – $58,000-$60,000

Casino Gaming Company, Corporate Office, in search of an Internal Auditor to join the growing Internal Audit Team! We are looking for a self-driven, motivated Candidate that is interested in an opportunity to make an impact and grow within the department, and organization. The incumbent will need gaming, SOX, AML, and operational audit experience, preferably 2+ years. This position will support the Senior Internal Auditors and the Director Internal Audit in the preparation, reporting, and follow-up phases of Audits.

Compensation: $58,000 – $60,000 plus generous benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k plus 4% match, PTO, holidays, and additional Company specific company perks; 2 days work-from-home.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct audit fieldwork in accordance with established audit plans and industry regulations.
• Gather and analyze relevant data, financial statements, and operational processes.
• Verify compliance with gaming regulations, internal policies, and external laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit-related concerns and implement improvements.
• Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and process improvements.
• Assist in monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Conduct follow-up reviews to assess the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Be prepared for periodic travel to properties in and around Las Vegas and the Midwest for on-site audit activities.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management, summarizing audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years prior Internal Audit work in Gaming
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Experience with TeamMate auditing software preferred
• In the process of pursuing a relevant certification (CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA)
• Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board is required
• Ability to travel on occasion to Missouri and Iowa
• Ability to obtain a Missouri gaming license within 90 days of employment is required
