Production Coordinator

We are currently hiring for a LEAD Production Coordinator to work with an innovative gaming manufacturing organization.

This position will overlook and responsible for reporting & maintaining daily production. Manages sales orders & work orders; assists and supports the production team with scheduling parts and records using Pronto & Database. This role will also be responsible for bill of materials structure and maintenance within Pronto; this includes supporting and maintaining jurisdictional approvals within Pronto for various product lines, individual product, and associate components. Assist in production planning & scheduling for all production lines.

This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.

Sales Orders/Work Orders Management

• Link pending orders from sales database into manufacturing database.
• Email daily production (machines built) to Customer Service. Download work orders, daily at 7:00am before company’s Pronto activities start.
• Update any “raised” firm orders into Database and Pronto. Mark all firmed/downloaded orders in database and Pronto with estimated delivery date.
• Maintain customer inquiry database for clone builds. Enter all configurable picks and maintain clone type for clone builds.
• Manage sales orders/work orders to support sales, production, customer, and warehouse. Work order creation, editing, printing, issuing, completing, and updating.
• Manage configurable picks and expediting parts to the production floor.
• Manage sales order through picking slips, stock codes, and other critical serialized items.
• Support Customer Service with parts selection and order readiness.

EC Process

• Review processed ECs for configuration changes, as required.
• Maintain smooth implementation of EC and part numbers setup in Pronto by item group and item type.
• Create and maintain machine and conversion stock codes along with configurable options and selections.
• Verify the accuracy of production BOM’s, pick lists, and production orders.
• Assist and support Bills of Material maintenance. Parts creation from Engineering Changes (EC). BOM’s structure and costs. Setup Configurable parts through BOM’s options and selections. Analyze and plan BOM’s percentage/usage for MRP run.
• Monitor and reduce production price variance.
• Assist in solving production and sales order configurable issues.

Scheduling and Reporting

• Distribute daily production report by email.
• Manage all ship dates and finish good dates in manufacturing database and Pronto via MMR report
• Report daily production numbers in database and Pronto from 1st and 2nd shift. Reports any order constraint status in Database (part shortage).
• Assist in production scheduling and planning based on parts availability and production capacity.
• Plan and schedule machine clone picks, sub assembly picks, and configurable picks based on production schedule.
• Maintain and record serialized Jackpot Controllers, Media Controllers, and other serialized items.
• Reconcile all open sales orders and work orders status via Pronto reports.
• All other duties as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned.

NOTE: MUST be able to pass a 10- year background check and a 4 panel urine drug test (No longer testing for THC)

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
