Lease Revenue Analyst-URGENTLY HIRING Job Available in Las Vegas Nevada

As a Lease Revenue Analyst at you will play a crucial role in optimizing the financial performance of our single-family rental portfolio. You will be responsible for analyzing lease data, creating and processing chargeback requests and processing security deposits disposition upon resident move-out. Reviews portfolio performance for revenue predictions and troubleshoots irregularities regarding resident financial transactions., monitoring rental trends, and implementing strategies to maximize lease revenue and occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for real estate and financial analysis.
 

Shift: 7:30AM-4PM Mon-Fri with only Tuesdays in office (Hybrid)
Pay:$25-$26

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lease Data Analysis:
   • Analyze lease data to identify trends in rental rates, occupancy rates, and lease renewals.
   • Monitor market conditions and competitor pricing to make data-driven recommendations for rental rate adjustments.
   • Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future rental revenue and occupancy levels.
2. Revenue Optimization:
   • Develop strategies to maximize lease revenue and occupancy rates across the single-family rental portfolio.
   • Collaborate with leasing teams to implement pricing strategies that balance maximizing revenue with maintaining competitive market positioning.
   • Identify opportunities to reduce vacancy periods and minimize turnover costs through lease renewal initiatives.
3. Financial Reporting:
   • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to lease revenue and occupancy.
   • Provide insights and analysis to senior management to support decision-making related to pricing, leasing strategies, and portfolio optimization.
   • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between forecasted and actual lease revenue performance.
4. Process Improvement:
   • Continuously assess and improve lease revenue management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
   • Identify opportunities for automation and develop tools or models to streamline lease revenue analysis and reporting.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
   • Ensure compliance with lease agreements, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to lease pricing and revenue management.
   • Monitor lease expirations and lease terms to mitigate risks associated with revenue fluctuations and tenant turnover.
   • Identify and address potential revenue leakage or fraud risks through proactive monitoring and controls.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in financial analysis (accounts receivable or accounts payable), revenue management, or real estate analysis, preferably in the residential rental industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Yardi, Dynamics CRM, or similar is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
