LEASE WRITER

Reviews and processes the leases written pursuant to a completed application being approved by lease underwriting. Ensures that the information is entered accurately and that the documents are processed within established guidelines. .

Job Functions

Responsible for reviewing leases in order to ensure all variable terms of the lease agreement have been met. Calculates charges due at move in. Generates and provides lease agreements for review. Processes lease applications after being approved by the Lease Underwriting Department.

Reviews and processes requests from company leasing and property management staff relative to amendments or addenda requested for leases. Reviews charge accuracy on requested addenda as it relates to lease document changes.

Knowledge

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative role required
• Experience in property management, real estate or related industry preferred
• Previous experience reviewing documents such as leases, titles, etc. strongly preferred
