Maintenance Technician II – Food Manufacturing | $29–$34/hr | Henderson, NV 
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to handle troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of production equipment in a clean, safety-driven, and high-volume food manufacturing environment.

Pay:

$29.00 – $34.00 per hour (based on experience)

Location:

Henderson, NV

Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Overtime as needed

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.

• Conduct routine inspections and log all maintenance activities.

• Perform light fabrication, plumbing, and general facility repairs.

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S and GMP standards.

• Follow all FDA, GMP, OSHA, and company safety procedures (including lockout/tagout).

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or production required.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

• Experience with conveyors, automation systems, and PLCs preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and self-motivated.

• Ability to work variable hours or weekends as needed.

Work Environment:

• Food manufacturing facility (exposure to wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens).

• Must wear PPE and follow all plant safety rules.

• Standing, lifting, and working in changing temperatures required.
