Order Management Specialist..

This individual will provide Excellent customer service to the customers and vendors by entering and maintaining orders.Gathers information, assists with quotations, expedites orders and follows up proactively with customers, supports inside sales personnel and account managers to help customers select the correct products or services, assists in the preparation of customer documentation requirements, consistently maintains technical competence with all aspects of the clients business systems relating to the processing of customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with inside sales, account managers and factory personnel to insure proper construction and delivery of customer orders.
• Process Return Material Authorizations 
• Become proficient using Suppliers’ ERP systems to determine unit pricing and discounts for order entry.
• Back up for receptionist. Duties include; handling multiple phone line system and directing incoming calls to the proper person or department, using supplied zip code and key account listing for proper distribution of calls. 

Ideal Candidate will have…

• Type minimum 40 wpm.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products. 
• ERP business system experience
• Data Entry experience. 
• Some knowledge in manufacturing

Salary:  $16- $20/hr (DOE)
