Job Title: Picker Packer – URGENTLY HIRING

Job Summary: As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for selecting, preparing, and packing products for shipment. Your main goal is to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.

Schedule: 1st (4AM-2:30PM) or 2nd (3PM-1:30AM) Shifts – Monday through Friday MANDATORY 10HR SHIFTS
MANDATORY OT Saturday: 1st (4AM-12:30PM) or 2nd (1PM-9:30PM) 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Picking: Utilize pick lists or electronic devices to identify and locate items within the warehouse.
2. Accurate Selection: Ensure the correct quantity and quality of items are selected for each customer order.
3. Packing: Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment, following company packing guidelines.
4. Quality Control: Perform quality checks to verify that items meet the established standards before packing.
5. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
6. Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
7. Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
8. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate order fulfillment.
9. Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean and organized.
10. Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Working Conditions: Picker Packers typically work in warehouse settings. The environment may involve exposure to varying temperatures and physical activities such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
