Now Hiring Pipe Welders for a local Fabrication Warehouse located in Kilgore, TX! Apply with AtWork Personnel today to get started! 

Monday through Friday 6am-4pm
Compensation: $26 an hour

Job duties:
  • Laying, fitting, and welding pipes – primarily in a 1G and 5G position.
  • Weld and repair pipping according to ASME B31.3 code and the company's welding procedure specifications.
  • Ensure welding equipment is in good working conditions.
  • Monitor welding to minimize shrinking, expansion or distortion of work pieces.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience pipe welding. 
  • Ability to pass a Pipe Welding test (5G 2" s160)
  • Ability to read pipe drawings and blueprints.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
  • Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
  • Basic English literacy and math skills required
