Production Manager – 90 – 110K
Las Vegas Card/Print Manufacturer is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a position that will oversee the daily activities of a fast-moving production environment, including the scheduling of staff and product runs, and meeting production timelines while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Ideally, we are looking for a Candidate with a minimum of 4 years Production Management experience and has a proven ability to motivate production staff.

Key Functions

• Responsible for inventory, tracking and reviewing of product waste, ensuring efficient use of materials.
• Managing cost of production to budget.
• Hiring, training, motivating, and ongoing development of production staff.
• Collaborating with Maintenance for the coordination of scheduled and non-scheduled repair of production machinery and equipment.
• Review and answer issues concerning quality or functionality of product as it is being produced and inspected.
• Review raw material components and supplies and send order requested to accounting or purchasing for processing.
• Count raw material and work-in progress for month end inventory.
• Conduct human resource duties such as vacation approval and employee evaluation.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree or equivalent of four years related experience.
• 4 years management experience
• Production / Manufacturing Experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
