Prospect Specialist/ Call Center Rep

The Prospect Specialist/ Call Center Rep will use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, qualifications, and appointment setting. This role speaks with customers and listens to them to gain a better understanding of their energy needs in order to get them set for an appointment with a Solar Sales Professional.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities

• Appointment setting and confirmations
• Updating and altering CRM files and profiles
• Follow communication “scripts” when speaking with customers
• Keep records of all conversations in call center database
• Cold and warm calling to potential clients
• Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying the information
• Discussing and qualifying homeowners based on their energy needs
• Gather utility usage information from homeowners
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center goals
• Scrub through generated leads for potential appointments/clients

Qualification Requirements

• High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and Google Docs
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with a high level of dedication
• Ability to prioritize own workload
• Strong communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Solar experience is a plus, preferred but not required
• Call center experience, strongly preferred but not required

Pay: $18/hr
