Senior Project Design Manager -110 – 120K

AWG is in search of a Senior Project Design Manager. This role will report to the Executive Director of Design and will be the Lead and Primary Client Contact for all Design.

We are looking for an SPDM with large scale commercial project experience, well versed in all facets of Architecture & Design, who can manage 5 – 10 projects at various stages of completion with total project revenue exceeding 100MM and over 70K combined square footage.

The Senior Project Design Manager will manage 3 – 5 Direct Reports and work cross functionally with Field Operations, Project Delivery Teams, Project Managers & Superintendents.

• Minimum 6 years residential, large scale commercial, or hospitality architectural experience in an architecture or hands-on homebuilding/construction organization
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Architecture
• On track for Architectural licensure
• CAD/REVIT/SketchUp knowledge and practice as related to Architectural/Engineering drawings
