Job Description

We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators in Goodyear, AZ with hands-on experience operating double forks and slip sheet attachments. This role requires strong warehouse experience in a fast-paced distribution environment, with a focus on safe material handling, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Operate sit-down forklift with double forks and slip sheet attachment
Safely load and unload trailers
Move, stack, and stage pallets/product for shipment
Use RF scanners for order picking and inventory tracking
Pick orders accurately and efficiently
Stage product in designated warehouse locations
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience required
Must have experience with double forks and slip sheet attachment
Experience with RF scanners, order picking, and staging
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to safety and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Pay & Schedule

$23.00 per hour

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
Basic English literacy and math skills required
