Employment Type: 30 Hours Weekly

Position Summary:
We are seeking a patient, caring, and dedicated Daycare Teacher/Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have special needs and a passion for helping each child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily care and supervision for children with a variety of special needs
Develop and implement individualized learning and activity plans
Collaborate with parents, therapists, and staff to ensure consistent support
Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor progress and communicate daily updates with families

Qualifications:

Experience working with children with special needs (required or preferred)
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for child development

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
Basic English literacy and math skills required
