Job Details

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with one late day each week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
Location: Tucson, AZ 
Pay Rate – $24.00-$26.00

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Build and maintain employer relationships through calls, visits, and networking.

Support students with externship placement, tracking, and employment opportunities.

Coach students on resumes, job search, and interview skills; lead career workshops.

Ensure accurate records, compliance, and support for campus events.

Qualifications

Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.

3+ years in career services, recruiting, or job development.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills (MS Office).
 

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
  • Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
  • Basic English literacy and math skills required
